Der berühmte Cirque du Soleil tritt in den Tagen vom 19. bis 22. Januar 2012
in der Ergo Arena in Danzig/Zoppot auf.
Die Saltimbanco-Aufführung ist Cirque du Soleil in seiner besten Version.
Technische Präzision und eine extravagante Dekoration gehen gemeinsam mit
atemberaubenden bunten Kostümen, außergewöhnlichen Licht, Humor,
verzaubernder Musik und Magie einher. Voller Farben, Spaß und Eindrücke ist

About Cirque du Soleil
From a group of 20 street performers at its beginnings in 1984, Cirque
du Soleil is a major Québec-based organization providing
high-quality artistic entertainment, led by visionary Guy
Laliberté. His dream was to form a group of
performers to tour the worls. Laliberté’s project
has laid the foundations of a whole new vision of the circus (Cirque
Réinventé). The shows involved no animals, and
the simple circus humour has been replaced by high-class artistic
entertainment, enriched with elements of theatre and opera, splendid
costumes and impressive choreography.
The level and the large scale of the performances makes Cirque du
Soleil a must-see at the most important events in the world, reviving
an exceptional water show at 2005 World Aquatics Championships in
Montreal, celebrating the 2002 Academy Awards© ceremony or the
2007 Super Bowl. Las Vegas, the capital of global entertainment,
features seven different shows from Cirque du Soleil. Cirque du Soleil
has also performed for the royal family of Dubai, where a gigantic
performance space is created especially for the group.
Cirque du Soleil has brought wonder and delight to over 100 million
spectators in 300 cities on five continents, and their performances
will be watched by further 11 million. The company has 5,000 employees,
including more than 1,200 artists from close to 50 different countries.

banco,” which literally means “to jump on a
bench”—explores the urban experience in all its
myriad forms: the people who live there, their idiosyncrasies and
likenesses, families and groups, the hustle and bustle of the street
and the towering heights of skyscrapers. A signature show, it is
inspired by the urban fabric of the metropolis and its colourful
inhabitants. Decidedly baroque in its visual vocabulary, the
show’s eclectic cast of characters draws spectators into a
fanciful, dreamlike world, an imaginary city where diversity is a cause
for hope.
